First book I finished in 2024
It's a good read. Now I'm on the second book to know more about what happens next. Entertaining indeed.

Read in a day. It’s a must buy!
I don’t remember when the last time I sat down with a book was before this, and I said to myself when buying it that I’d read a chapter a day. One day later - I’m buying the next instalment! It was such a brilliant read. It evokes powerful emotions and you genuinely become invested in the characters. It can be triggering for anyone who has suffered from domestic abuse, just a heads up. This was my first CH novel, I bought my second the next day and wish I could read them for the first time all over again!

The story keeps you hooked
I warn you not to get the book if you don’t want to cry. You’ll feel a mix of emotions, mostly excitement but some parts of it hits you hard. I am half way though and don’t want it to be finished it to be honest. Highly recommend

Good read and empowering
Great book, love it. I rate this a 4 star because some scenes didn't seem realistic to me like Allysa character who is rich has people to do everything for her yet decide to work for Lily's flower shop making $10 an hour because she is bored, like what? however I did love her friendship with Lily.SPOILER! The book has two stories. We get to know about Lily in her present life and her past through her journals as she tries to get closure from her past. Lily grew up in an abusive home and she got through it with her friend Atlas but later on have to part ways. Lily meets Ryle on the rooftop after her father's death and get to know each other playing the game of naked truth and Ryle admits that he doesn't do relationship and only wants a one night stand with her. After getting to know each for a while they fall in love get married but both have past that somehow interferes with the relationship. Lily hasn't gotten closure from her first love Atlas and Ryle has a lot of anger from his childhood after he shot his brother.Ryle abuses lily unintentionally but after the 3rd time lily knows he isn't going to change and is conflicted whether to stay or leave him after she finds out she is pregnant. I definitely recommend reading this book.

Best book ever!
I throughly enjoyed this book, so much that i’ve raved about it to all my friends and now they’ve bought it too! If you are a sucker for a romance then this for you! I was absolutely hooked and read it in 3 sittings. It made me cry and laugh… I loved the twists and links forward and backwards in the book. I am now reading ‘It starts with us’ which is also great, but no where near as good as this one. The characters are great! Highly recommended!

the best book I've read
I got it delivered before the date and I was so happy about that. Talking about the book it was on the best condition and had fun reading it. The only thing that bothered me is the paper quality but as long as it had a better story I enjoyed reading it and I found it cheap on Amazon with offers so I'm happy about that too. I saved my money and had fun reading my fav book.

Once you start, it's hard to put down!!
The story starts off with 23-year-old Lily Bloom, who's recently moved to Boston to start a new life, meets neurosurgeon Ryle Kincaid one night up on a rooftop of an apartment. The two start talking, but don't meet again for a while after that night.Eventually they fall in love, but their relationship soon becomes complicated and Lily realizes that Ryle isn't the perfect man. It all starts when Lily runs into her first love from her teenage years, Atlas Corrigan, who she had lost contact with years ago, and that did not sit well with Ryle. When Atlas Corrigan enters her life again- she has to go through many obstacles involving her relationship with Ryle. Will they overcome it?Soo.. I'm going to try my best to NOT give any spoilers at all in this review, hopefully I can succeed. I literally read this book in under 18 hours!!! 18!!! Once I started, it was soo hard to put down & stop. Colleen Hoover is such an amazing writer, this is the first novel I've read from her & it will definitely not be my last. I wasn't expecting a lot of the things that happened in this novel, which I liked because that's what kept me so hooked and kept wanting to read.I highly recommend giving this book a try. It is definitely worth the hype!! Colleen Hoover did an amazing job with this book, the story flowed so well and I love the way she interpreted everything. While reading this book I laughed, I cried, I smiled. And I 100% enjoyed it!*Please search & read trigger warnings before reading this novel!*

Wonderful book
The supporting characters, including Ryle and Atlas, are also well-crafted. Ryle is depicted with complexity, showing both his charm and his darker side, which adds depth to the narrative. Atlas, on the other hand, serves as a contrast to Ryle, representing a sense of safety and love that Lily craves.Hoover’s writing is engaging and accessible, with a balance of poignant moments and lighter, humorous scenes. The pacing is well-maintained, keeping readers invested in Lily’s story from beginning to end.Overall, “It Ends with Us” is a thought-provoking and heart-wrenching novel that sheds light on important issues while delivering a captivating story. It’s a book that will stay with readers long after they’ve turned the last page.
