I bought this to replace the one with white numbers as it was lighting up my bedroom at night. Even on the lowest setting it was pretty similar. I also found that my eyesight found it hard to read the blue LED without my glasses on. I have since put it under the tv in the living room which works much better as i will always have my glasses on. USB to power other devices works fine. The search continues to find a clock that doesn't light up the whole room at night.

Bought this specifically because it was advertised as being rechargeable. I inserted the battery supplied with the clock and plugged in the USB which, according to the instructions, should recharge the battery. After leaving it plugged in for 9 hours I unplugged the USB assuming the battery would then power the clock but it did not work at all when I unplugged the USB. I even tried inserting a brand new battery but again it did not work. In short, this only works when powered by the USB. I will be returning this as it does not do as advertised and would advise anyone looking for a rechargeable alarm clock NOT to buy this one.

When plugged in worked fine. As soon as you unplug it it goes off. Does not work on battery alone. Absolutely useless for purpose.

I’m happy with this. I normally end up feeling around for my phone in the night to check the time so I like that with this big bright font I can check the time whilst charging my phone.

I am very happy with this but I have mis placed the instructions for it. Can anyone let me have a copy please?

This is great looking clock with big numbers, perfect for my bedroom as a bedside clock. The battery back up is a bonus. It’s very easy to set up. Highly recommend it.
