Bought for my husband who has arthritic knees and is a postie so walks for miles; he finds these very good. The support is not too heavy and sticks well due to the little rubber reflexology points on the inside. Too soon to say if it 'does what it says on the tin' as far as the therapeutic and pain relieving effect but definitely recommended as far as knee supports go.

The reflexology knee sleeves are fantastic, they are do comfortable and can be worn all day if needed. I had a few conversations with Logan from customer service for the best type for myself and he suggested these. The team are very helpful with anything you may need to discuss so don’t hesitate to buy from this company, you will not be disappointed

As a runner and osteoarthritis sufferer, I finally broke down and decided to give some knee support sleeves a try. I read recently that knee support has been shown to benefit runners. In addition, my doctor asked if I was compressing in addition to icing my knees. While I have another compression sleeve I purchased on Amazon, I bought these on Prime Day knowing it would be useful to have extra sleeves while others were in the wash. Well, I’m glad two were included in this package as this is my new go-to compression sleeve. I am about 5’9” and 145 pounds with an athletic build. I purchased a size large and could not be happier with the product. These sleeves do not slip at all! The reflexology dots inside the sleeve partially contribute to this. In addition, the compression gives me a feeling of safety and security when I run. This is a great product.
