I love this dry brush! It’s bristles are just stuff enough to work but not hurt. After a while of using it I noticed that my skin was softer and that it took longer for my legs to get prickly after shaving. Also— it’s hard for me to believe the bit about it spreading lymph, but my boyfriend has issues with his lymph nodes and he swears by it.PROS:• small, easy to store and port around• bristles are stiff, but not too stiff• exfoliates• spreads lymph• preps legs for a good shave• softer skin• feels nice in general• sturdy little guy• strap to help keep your gripCONS:• hard to get to your back because there isn’t a handle• oof, takes a chunk of timeOverall I would recommend this little guy. If your shower takes a long time to heat up like mine did in my dorm, you can pass the time by dry brushing! It only takes like five minutes but it does sometimes feel like forever.It’s a nice, cheap way to make sure your body is getting that exfoliation love that your face gets :)
