Rolled up and in a box.... we laid the runner out for a week and most of the folds eliminated themselves, but several did not, left the rug on the floor for a week longer, still no success. By this time I contacted nuLoom by email and expressed the concern, two weeks later I get a "Sorry so Late response" and they instruct me back to Amazon C/S..... ok so we go back and contact Amazon CS and we need a Reference number and a statement from nuLoom to verify they will not replace the rug. nu Loom responds to me it is in Amazons control and not them. So here we go to the bureacracy I cannot tolerate. So please chech you rug and send back directly to Amazon in the specified time allowcated.

I bought 2 of these for my kitchen. Sadly they didn’t work out. They are cute but they don’t have rubber backing so they slide around. The way they are packaged also made it impossible to get them to ever lay flat. I tried weighting them down with heavy objects but then we were tripping over all the objects, the bumps in the fabric, them sliding around and curling up. Also, the long runner was taped in a way that left a long tape mark on the fabric side which made it look cheap. You probably will need gripper fabric underneath as well as adhesive to tape at least the corners down. Sadly, I just couldn’t deal with it and sent them back. They are cute though.

I like it. Turned out to be too dark for the area I had planned on using it for, but I found another and it works there just fine.Nice rug, looks more expensive than it costs

Having to make an irritating trip to UPS to return a rug that was supposed to be 2'x3' but 2'x6'. It also damaged at 3', possibly where it should have been cut.

I love this runner. Only thing I wish the back was a little more "nonslip" friendly. Other than that, great quality.
