This bracelet was much nicer and better quality than my last one. I was pleasantly surprised and the packaging was great too. It came in a really nice little bag.

Beautiful and just what I was looking for!

Good quality stones. Missing one when it arrived, but otherwise beautiful.

As you see from my pictures I have 2 sets of the 4 bracelet set. This is because I had a couple of minor issues with my original set (On the left). The chakra bracelet had a double strand elastic in which one strand broke within the first week. On the small hemitite beads there was a little discoloration on one of the beads. Even though I had those issues I felt they were small and did not respond to the first email I received from Spunkysoul. But since the company emailed me again to make sure I was satisfied with the bracelets I went ahead and gave Kim my honest review. She is so thorough that she responded immediately to my email. She apologized and asked if I could send pictures of my complaints so she could get a better understanding of my concerns. She thanked me and told me she would send me replacements for the 2 bracelets I had issue with. She even sent me a picture of the new chakra bracelet before sending the replacements. The next morning I received an email from her stating the replacements had been sent with the tracking number. Once the package came I saw she replaced the whole set with a note from her that the other 2 bracelets were her gift to me. I emailed and thanked her and she emailed me again happy that I was pleased and asked if I would let her know if I had any problems with the new set. So far so good. I'm very impressed with her superb customer service and look forward to buying from her again. I also love the upgrades she made in the new set! Highly recommended!!!

I like the bracelet but it didn't come with the authentic gift bag or the chakra meaning card and that was one of the main reasons i bought it as a gift

i only gave 4 stars the bag it came in had hole in bottom corner stitching came away they should check product ( full product before shipping) otherwise is beautiful and is a gift for xmas undecided if i keep in bag or stitch myself or just toss it in the trash but it is a nice braclet
