SpencoPolysorb Cross Trainer Athletic Cushioning Arch Support Shoe Insoles Women's 5-6.5

I've bought these 3 times from Amazon and 3 times from a store. These are absolutely the best you can get for the price. They wear out for me (railroader) in about 8 months a pair, but they are absolutely worth it. I've spent up to 80 dollars on other pairs and tried 6 or 7 different brands.These Excell in flexibility and comfort for 10+ hours on your feet. They cut down on my planter fascitis, and heel pain. Will continue to buy for a long time.

This is my second Spenco insoles (I have the stiffer one for everyday use), and I find this more comfortable. It fits my trainers well and products ample support during workouts. Would recommend!

decent arch support, semi comfortable bt not very cushiony.

When it comes to running, you simply cannot take enough care of your feet. If you are an avid runner, you probably are going through a pair of shoes every 3-4 months (~350 miles). It is also true that each of us have our own favorite shoe (and swear by them!). However, I was having issues with my trusty shoes that was causing very painful metatarsal pain on every run over 6 miles. I must have ordered and tried half dozen different shoes and none of them had the fit and cush I prefer. I was tempted to buy another pair of the same shoes, but $120 every couple months amounts to about $500/yr in shoes alone. I then read in an an article by an expert podiatrist saying, basically, most of the wear and tear that matters in running shoes happens to the insole, not the outsole. With this in mind, I began my research for replacement insoles. I read a bunch of several professional reviews as well as getting word-of-mouth advice from my local running club. Of all the alternatives, these Spenco were one of the most liked and fairly inexpensive. After two 10+ mile runs, I can safely say that it was a great decision. Very good heel and arch support and *very* nice metatarsal cushioning. Zero pain or discomfort. \o/A bit about the fit: I wear wide (EE), size 11 shoes. These insoles slipped right in and fit as if they were molded for it. Incredible, really. That said, if you wear narrower or larger/smaller shoes, you might have to do some manual fitting (i.e. scissors, but this would void warranty and returns) or choose smaller/bigger size.

I have HIGH arches and have found other (more expensive) insoles to either be too firm for comfort, not supportive enough on the arch, or hard on the heel/not shock-absorbing.. these tick all of my boxes for what I’ve been looking for! I’m just annoyed that it took me so long to try these when I’ve been paying $50++ on “superior” insoles that left me back at the drawing board. Also the build quality on these seems great; not a lot of little parts that would fray or fall apart. Okay I’m done but hope this helps someone else!

reasonably priced. they do help and seem durable (time will tell)

I was walking around in Vegas in some cheap Vans for a bout 30,000 steps in two days, and my feet were killing me! I did some research on insoles and Spenco Polysorb Cross Trainer Athletic Cushioning Arch Support Shoe Insoles seemed to have the highest rating by far. In the meantime waiting for them to arrive I bought some other insoles from the first drug store I came across. The Spenco Polysorb Cross Trainer insoles are head and shoulders above that well known brand, and are the most comfortable of any insoles I've ever bought. Highly recommended, and the only ones I'll buy from now on.

Feels sturdy and cushions. Small size fits my 5.5 sneaker. Big difference in comfort! I'll buy again for others.

They are great a podiatrist recommended them..

I got these for my Converse allstars it help replace my dry rotted insole rubber that came my shoes. it has right thickness to walk all day in these.

The quality, the look and the feel is superb. I use it for my badminton shoes and it is the best.There was some glitch initially regarding the delivery but they acted fast and it reached me on time.
