Great little model. Very inexpensive and well made. Only gluing is required, model is pre-painted in final color scheme. Touch up painting to individualize the model is possible. This is my first one in this collection, and I plan on buying and assembling more as time permits.

Great Bandai product. The Mecha line is amazing. You can paint it if you want or just leave it as it is.

I'm a sucker for submarines, and this spaceship being patterned after a submarine was a no-brainer for me. I'm very into the Space Cruiser Yamato thing, so I've been building a number of these small detailed model kits. Excellent value especially for the very low price point. But this was one of a couple of kits with parts so insanely tiny tweezers were too large to apply them. I'm not talking an 8th of an inch, I'm talking miniscule. And of course you drop one of those suckers on the floor and THAT's it, that part is gone for good. But still, awesome little kit.

This model does come out in a bigger kit called Gamillas battlecruiser fleet set #2 which have a bigger battleship, 2 fighters and this submarine. However I do not like the other models other than this which appeals to me for it's futuristic Uboat design.The model is already colored most parts, and extremely detailed for it's size of 4 inches when fully assembled, theres only a few bits that you could optionally paint to make it look even more awesome.The delivery of item was quick and hassle free.

Pieces were there and were well-formed.I got this assembled and painted (the whole upper part and the "dive planes" should be green with one bright yellow accent at the "torpedo tubes") in a little over three hours, but I'm very slow at this sort of thing.

Very well molded kit with exceptional detail.Easy to put together and very relaxing.

I had fun building it very detailed. Easy instructions to follow. I gave it a lite paintjob took some liberties with the colors but still looks awesome.

Was just as advertised and delivered right on time!
