As someone who has suffered with really bad tummy rumbles and pains over the years, usually made worse by eating gluten and dairy, I can say I’ve tried a LOT of remedies out there which were all suggested to help and all failed one way or another.Having taken these probiotics for a week now I can say the immediate short term results are actually incredible. Noticeably less tummy rumbles and discomfort, less flatulence, more consistent bowel movements. Really I hope this lasts long term because these have been life changing for me.

By far the most effective probiotic I’ve tried (had most of the top rated front page ones on Amazon which are, for the most part, terrible, mass-produced products manufactured primarily for profit maximisation and not for the health of their customers) and I rely on it to keep my stomach and gut on an even keel.I have intolerances to sulphites, lactose, seemingly all dairy (especially whey) and soya and these really help me with the aftermath (generally gut cramps, painful bloating, constipation and gas which refuses to move).In fact, I’m currently in the aftermath of soy and lactose exposure, had these delivered today as I ran out a couple of weeks ago, took two capsules before going for a dog walk and by the time I was back my world was brighter, my vision genuinely clearer and the tightness, bloating and discomfort in my gut and stomach had almost completely eased.It’s impossible to be a one size fits all and everybody will react differently to different probiotics depending on their individual circumstances and requirements, however, for me, these are almost a miracle supplement. This is my third purchase and I can’t say I’d ever look anywhere else for my probiotics in future.Product aside, I love it when a start up company such as these guys create a banging product that really does work, at least for me anyway. Thank you Utmost Me and well done on the probiotics, you’ve made me significantly less miserable 😂

Only just started taking but very easy to swallow and great value for money

i have had very long-term tendancy to constipation since i was 7, im now 40. I just got by until the situation got worse than 'just constipation', such that last summer it was decided to put me on the waiting list for an operation as the constant straining and pain had caused me internal damage. I learnt alot from the test process and changed my technique and things dramaticaly improved (along with diet) until i went on holiday. Within days my progress had reversed and ive not been able to get back to where i was pre-holiday in the 2 months since. These pro-biotics mean i can take co-codamol (codeine) pain relief for the severe pain i get each monthly and not experience constipation, they mean i can have a weekly treat of pizza without constipation and im no longer swinging between one extreame to the other. Ive only been taking them 2 weeks and i havent had to have any laxatives/water enemas.

What I like about this product is the number of excellent strains incorporated - I just hope that they are live! I didn't know this brand at all, but was drawn some 9 strains out of 20 they provide.It has taken a long time for my body to adjust to these. I started with S.boulardii - a yeast probiotic which simply settled my stomach first and it is said to have some great benefits to start to lay down the foundation of building a better gut, then I found I could tolerate these much better.I have suffered from gut issues for years, leading to SIBO - small intestinal bacterial overgrowth and fatty liver disease with fibrosis - which I am trying desperately to reverse.I am intolerant to dairy, wheat, gluten, most grains (except oat) and over 20 different foods that trigger inflammation in my body, especially in my hands and feet. My issue - leaky gut, no doubt about it.I have researched huge links with the gut flora/microbiome and my condition. I am trying to now restore the balance of my gut - which is no mean feat.Simply using these probiotics would not be enough: I have researched a number of ways using pre-biotics such as a kefir and prebiotics containing FOS, GOS and XOS. A probiotic and prebiotic combination appears to be a good solution (synbiotic combination).A healthy diet with high fibre, kefir, probiotics, oats, lentils, omega 3 fatty acid foods, healthy fats, lean meat, vegetables and some small amount of fruit is the only way for me to try to reverse my condition.The gut-liver axis is linked, when there is an imbalance in the gut, it can have a knock on effect to many parts of the body. Heal the gut, heal the ailment (hopefully!)The combinations in this probiotic are good, take alongside S.Boulardii (in my opinion)
