Got some encouragement from this book
My young adult son has ADHD and I bought this book because the title encapsulates his situation. He and I both read it, and both finished it feeling encouraged that things can get better. It didn't really give us practical tips. Very readable because it uses a format of patients' stories. The stories are all people who had enough money to have prolonged intensive one-to-one therapy with the author, who is a psychologist, so this aspect is of limited applicability, but it means the author got to know these individuals really well and gain insight into what is holding them back. We had both already read Delivered from Distraction and this book was a useful addition.

The book is Extremely boring
I don’t understand how this book got good reviews I couldn’t comprehend this !!! i’ve read over 70 pages and it is extremely repetitive , The author is patronising us by doing this ridiculous repeating things over and over again literally non-stop now even healthy mental individual will gets bored reading this sick material and also the price is too expensive compare to its quality,do not be captured by the title its trickydon’t waste your Time and everything for this
