Pretty awesome but not without flaws
Blanka is a beast! He is ripped with muscle and has a pretty great range of movement. You’ll have to work with the shoulders a little to get them up higher but it’s not as bad as my Akuma. The joints on my are tight and squeak a little, but they don’t sound like they’re so super tight I’m about to snap a joint in half. From what I’ve seen the joints are night and thick. Until....you get to the head.This has been the biggest problem for me. The barbel connected to the neck and head is thin. Super thin. Maybe a little bigger than a toothpick. That was nerve racking changing the face plate but even then the hair refused to plug into the face. The hair piece comes in two pieces, connected by another peg. I had to remove the second piece so I could push the first piece into the face plate just to get both pegs in securely. There won’t be a lot of changing the faces out after that ordeal.Blanka comes with an extra set of hands, a open mouthed face, two plastic pieces showing Ryu and Chun Li being electrocuted, and the cardboard backgrounds. Not a whole lot considering the price. I’m glad I didn’t pay the full $69 thanks to pre-ordering with Amazon.But if you have enjoyed the other figure I think you’ll enjoy this one. Just be careful with the head.
