Decent little console, which has a large selection of games pre-installed. Battery life lasts a good few hours, so is ideal for long journeys and lunch breaks! I managed to add games to the console, but found it a little tricky at first - particularly the PlayStation games, as these need to be mounted and transferred using CDClone. It doesn't recognise .bin and .cue files - only .ccd, .img and .sub. However, there are tips online and on YouTube, and it IS worth the extra hassle! Some of the games are badly named (Chinese to English interpretation), but they're recognisable through the thumbnails. The console is fairly light, and probably not robust enough to survive a few drops, but other than that I'm really enjoying it as a fan of retro games, and I feel it is worth the money. I've spent hours on it so far, which is helping make lockdown a little more bearable!

This is actually the Powkiddy X20, which is the latest portable games console from Powkiddy (I also own the X18 which is a folding clamshell design, which has been great).In short this is a linux based handheld which will comfortably support emulation to to PS1 level. The screen is a real highlight, a 5" IPS beauty that outshines many others at this level. The joypads are really nice to use, well positioned and sensitive. The buttons are the 'crystal' design ones which I'm not that keen on - that are quite raised from the console which means that if you play a lot of fighting games you will struggle to make quarter-circle movements by sliding from one to another, and I found it easier to use the joypads instead. There's a HDMI out to hook this up to a big TV if you want too.Not all of Powekiddy's stuff has been great (the X2 was a stinker for example) but this one really is great for the money mainly due to the excellent screen. I would have preferred a proper d-pad or at least buttons that are a bit more flush but the excellent joypads mean it's not a huge problem. If you want a simple easy to use emulation device that will play all the classics up to playstation then this won't disappoint you.

Very happy with this. It has excellent emulation capabilities up to an including the PS1. The screen is absolutely beautiful - nice and clear and sharp. It is easy to hold in the hand to play with for long hours.Performance of games is very good as well. No slowness or overheating caused by it over-working. A nice long battery life too. I highly recommend.

This game console has recalled my old memories, very easy to use and all games are pre installed no need to purchase additional expensive games, it’s great battery life and easy to charge via usb, even hdmi connection with tv is nice function. It provides good value for money as bundle already installed, no set up required. Safe for children without network or internet games.

So I've had this a few weeks and it's a great piece of kit. I even use it plugged into a monitor via HDMI and game pad into the micro USB and it works a treat. Well worth the money, one gripe would be no MAME, only FBA on it but it's minor. Stacks of other ems and games.

Such a well made devise. Really pleased with my purchase.
