Great pencils and great customer service!
I bought these watercolor pencils to use with an adult coloring book. The colors are very rich, and they compare nicely to my more expensive pencils by Staedtler.Aquarell. These are good quality pencils and leads, and the roll-up carrying case is very nice. As some other reviews have noted, it's a little difficult to get the case to snap once it's rolled up, but it does fasten. Very portable and organized. I really like being able to lay out the colors as I wish, and they stay that way until I remove them from the case.When the set arrived, it was missing the eraser. Well, the owner of the company happened to have sent me a message to find out if I was satisfied with my purchase. When I mentioned that the eraser was missing, he asked for my address and sent one out to me. I received the eraser in a few days. That is excellent customer service, and I would feel confident to buy again from this company. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Student grade pencils.
Pencils arrived as scheduled. They are made in China. And everything is written in Chinese. After careful research I learned that these are student grade watercolor pencils. Meaning that they are probably not as lightfast as the artist grade.

The pencils were fine. But the roll-up case was cheap-looking and not put together properly. If you actually rolled the pencils up in the case, you could not close it. I gave the pencils as a gift, but I threw the case away.

Very good pencil set.
Pencils were exactly as described and the roll up carrying case is just right for the pencils. There is a very good color representation and the pencils work very well with my new adult coloring books. Highly recommended.
