Great product with defect though. Good return policy
Great product my neice loved it but the zipper broke off entirely (not just the tab) like it wasn't tightened to the fabric enough. Return is great tho I'll get a new one in 2 days and can return product within 30 days. Just wanted to let the company know about the issue in case it is happening more than once. Couldn't figure out how to contact company directly
