So I misunderstood what my daughter said and have bought this set twice. I thought she said my grand baby lost her makeup on a trip so I bought her another set. Turns out it was actually my daughter that lost her real makeup.I am very pleased. When this arrived I thought I accidentally ordered real play makeup. It looks good. The makeup cases are good plastic not that kind you drop and it cracks. I did browse bigger sets but realized that's just more stuff to keep track of and I wondered if the quality would be as good. This is the perfect size. She's 3 and hasnt lost any pieces. She's so amused everyone let's her do their makeup. Even her brothers... why buy real pretend when this will last a long time? She even keeps it in the bag when not in use.I like the quality, the price is good, No complaints!As some said the brushes are cheapie ones (not thick and fluffy) but, she's perfectly happy with them. However I did find an actual set of kid's makeup brushes to add for a good price. I'd buy this set again. As for my daughter? That's going to cost a bit more...

My neice absolutely LOVED this. She has been into "doing hair" and "putting on makeup" so this was PERFECT for her. Plus, she LOVES mermaids, so that was a PLUS.
