Fuego FEACS1 Element Clip-On Side Shelf

I have owned (and subsequently destroyed) many a grill. They almost always have a side area that is either a shelf or a burner I am not using where I can stage ingredients, spices, my beverage of the day, etc.Now that I have a Fuego - which I am totally enjoying - I suddenly found myself jugging raw meat, salt cellars, drinks, and generally about to be a disaster.This side table installs quickly and is plenty stable. Not a huge surface, but enough to hold a Tupperware of burgers, a can, and two jars of spices - enough for me. I've also laid a larger pizza peel on it to stage the "artisanal" work.If you have the grill cover, it will go over the shelf, but when you take it off, it will dislodge the shelf. No biggie since it is quickly set up again. I've taken to just lifting the shelf and letting it hang unsupported before covering the grill.

This grill is addictive. It is so good you want to adorn it with accoutrements. You will never use this shelf. You bought this grill because it has a small footprint which implies it will be right outside your door. Also, the cool cover won't fit with the shelf in place.

The shelf is well make and is relatively sturdy. The plastic used appears to be durable and strong, but it doesn't have as refined a finish as I would have liked to complement the grill. It hangs nicely when not in use, but during some windy nights, it has been knocked free and found on the ground (even though the cover was over it). When positioned for use, it works well to hold a single plate or tray with food, sauces, spices, etc. I may buy a second one on the other side to have more room in some situations. Overall I am satisfied with it, but admittedly expected a bit more considering the design, function and appearance of the grill.

A needed addition to any FUEGO grill. I bought two. One for each side of the grill. Makes grilling much easier if there is not a table near by in your grilling area. Highly recommended.

Zero value for your money. Lid bubbled up after the first use; the igniter went after 2 months; lights on fire constantly. You have to thoroughly degrease every nook and cranny because it will light on fire. This grill is worthless. I’d buy from a reputable brand next time. Buyer beware.

The attachment is well designed for the grill but undersized for more than basic uses. I ordered a second shelf to provide more useable space when grilling.

Great addition but should be included in the price. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for a necessary item

The barbecue heats very quickly and puts a nice hard sir on the food❤️
