What I do to make up for being a professional chef, is get the best masalas.Now I have hunted, scoured and searched for the perfect masala that gets you that authentic restaurant taste of Tandoori Chicken. That lip smacking taste is simply something I couldn't replicate despite trying over 20+ masalas.Finally, my search for the perfect Tandoori Chicken has ended. No preservatives, no red coloring, no tandoor needed. You simply need this phenomenal recipe, and it takes less than 2-3 instructions and your Tandoori Chicken is marinated to perfection.

Just okay, could have been better

Just make your tandoori chicken at home. Add this spice with curd, ginger and garlic paste. You will get taste like tandoori made in a restaurant. If you are making in a micro oven then place a small bowl full of water below the tandoori tray, this will make your tandoori juicy otherwise it will be very dry. The spice is very good and it gives good colour as well.

You can make Restaurant-type tandoori chicken at home, just that it requires adding this masala in sufficient amount.

Too much salt

If you are ordering this then you already know how good it is.

Yum! Tweaked the recipe to juice of 2 small limes, 2tbsp olive oil, 16 oz plain greek yogurt and box of seasoning for a 24hr marinade in fridge of cubed 5# boneless chicken breast. After marinade, put the chicken on bamboo skewers and grilled to 165degrees. Discard used marinade.Serve with bazmati rice (seasoned with saffrom) and fresh mint with a dollop of plain greek yogurt.Leftovers were foodsaver vacuum sealed and perfect as warmed leftovers.I've already reordered more seasoning.

Made this for a recipe that called for it and I couldn't locate anywhere in town. Nice unique flavors and I will be purchasing again. Shipping came quick.
