Reasonable taste
This stuff has a reasonable taste in my citrus flavored water and delivers minerals that are good for me.

Boost energy pleasant tasting
You definitely feel the difference when you drink this trace mineral it give u a burst of energy a calming feeling from head to toe as for pain I cannot attest to that as I’ve not been taking it for long but I really feel it’s effect energy wise I drank it in water it has an orangish taste which is very pleasant to drink. I will definitely come back and give another review in a couple months time

Longevity begins with Plant Minerals
People across the planet who live well over 110 years and are still strong and young do it by having good minerals in their soil. America has very little minerals. Plants can make vitamins but cannot make minerals. If it's not in the soil, it's Not in the plants. Get the C D called "Dead Doctors Don't Lie" and learn the information for yourself. Our pet food has a long list of minerals on the label, but people food has very little listed on the labe if any.

Not sure if it made any difference. Can’t hurt though!
Didn’t taste bad. It’s like water with a hint of Orange. I honestly couldn’t tell if it made any difference at all. Will try another brand to compare.
