Love this case. I’m on the third one, I buy the same one each time I upgrade my phone.

Is good quality product, the protection is good and in the pocket I managed to put 4 cards

We have been using these cases last 5 years, and have been very happy so far. The new case I recently got is a very tight fit for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and you can see the excess stretch at the bottom of the case which exposes the bottom metal frame. The volume buttons locations are very stiff to push and make it very hard to change the volume or take a screenshots. They need to do some improvement in their next production.

12 max case appears to be similar in quality to prior (formerly silk) wallet cases. Prior case has been excellent, 3 years wearing well, everyday use. Prior was comfortable, not slippery, no lint buildup. New case appears similar but flat edges may perform differently. Molded buttons have worked well; ‘credit card stand’ cut seem similar for both. Awaiting 12 max for fit. Semi-flexible, held a few cards & bill folded 3rds. Has held excellent (if you keep the thickness of stored items nearly the same & don’t overload/stretch). Will update if any issues with the 12 case.Pictures: Size, X (left, w 35 mo wear) vs 12 max.Downsides --Not MagSafe compatible. Must remove credit cards (to avoid damage) or possibly even case removal to charge wireless/MagSafe. Other site reviews have noted that the Apple MagSafe wallet can slip off somewhat easily, so this seems a better/safer solution (vs loosing wallet) if you don’t plan to charge MS etc daily-Accumulated dust or dirt etc could work it’s way inside, minor scratches to phone edges over time. But this is likely common with many cases of similar materials.*Smartish seems to indicate case is safe for credit cards (not while charging, of course). With new MagSafe in 12’s, hopefully this is accurate and no additional shielding is necessary between phone and the case/cards.

This is my second time buying a case by Silk/Smartish. I bought the smooth version for my previous phone (iPhone 7) and now this textured one for my iPhone 12 pro max. Textured was absolutely the way to go for some added grip with such a large phone! The card slot is somewhat of a lie - 3 cards AND cash? In what world?! I could barely get 3 cards in but I knew it would stretch a little to accommodate over time like my last one. I’ve had it for a couple months and it has stretched to accommodate 3 cards and a rectangle magnet (I use a popsocket with a magnet) and they all fit but it’s pretty tight. The cards can be difficult to slide out and you always get all of them at once, never just one. I don’t use cash but I wouldn’t recommend it with this case, I’d imagine it would be a nightmare.Overall the issues with card storage were not enough to take off a star for me. This case has already seen me through a few phone drops and it has protected it perfectly. The case is not too thick, easy to hold, buttons are fine to use, it attractive, and it’s affordable. I haven’t relied on a purse or wallet in years.If you’re looking for a simple wallet phone case, stop looking already - I’ve done the leg work. This one is the BEST.
