First and last time purchasing Buffalo...
A Christmas gift for my daughter so she was really disappointed to get to the end of this puzzle only to find one piece missing. They (Buffalo) will not ship a replacement puzzle outside of US / Canada so if you are an Australian customer and find yourself missing a piece, don't bother submitting their Missing Piece online submission form. Will stick with Ravensburger from now on.

Arrived new , broken pieces
My kid was sad to see that it’s brand new but we found inside few broken pieces … the worst one is on the picture

Great puzzle
This is a really fun puzzle to put together. The puzzle quality is excellent; large sturdy pieces that fit together really well and bright, vibrant colours. Comes with a puzzle poster, so you don't have to use the box for a visual.

Recibimos el rompecabezas pero al abrirlo nos dimos cuenta de que faltaba UNA pieza. Da mucha tristeza cuando faltan piezas de fabrica. Lastima. Pero el envio fue rapido y efectivo de parte del vendedor y de amazon.
