Q: I got the orchid oil shampoo but even though its a gel consistency it is thick and hard to squeeze out. Is that normal?

Yes, I found that too! I believe that it's thick due to the fact it's pretty much all natural. I had heard that Orchid Oil is thick to begin with!....I wouldn't want a loose oil in my hair....rinse really well with luke warm water....not HOT.
