Are these bowls large enough to hold a 3.2 oz bag of popcorn?

Hi Lotte! This bowl may be a little too small for that. 3.2 ounces of kernels popped would come to about 12 cups of popcorn. These hold 4 cups when filled to the rim.

Are you sure these are 1 quart square bowls? i have not come across corelle square of this capacity in the store.

Uhhh...I don't think I reviewed these. My bowls are round and they hold a lot! In fact, both sizes of the Corelle bowls I own hold more than one would think. Sorry I couldn't help more!

Can you spray paint exterior of bowl to use as pot for artificial succulents?

I don"t see any reason why not. I would not do this if bowl was to be used for food.
