It really cuts your appetite.Is amazing . Strong smell but is ok , as long as I loose weight I don’t mind .

I did not see any results and I was on a diet.

Well I have never been one for believing in vitamins that much, but I was desperate enough to try these. I used them for two months in combination with exercise and an improved diet and I lost a good amount of weight (about 15 lbs). When I ran out I didn't order more thinking it was just the diet and exercise. Well for the next month without them and on the same schedule of diet and exercise I only lost about 1.5 lbs. Since I started taking them again (about 10 days ago) I have already lost 3 lbs. coincidence? I think not. I don't notice that my appetite is reduced much, but I do think they help with metabolism. I also like these because unlike other vitamins, I can take them without food on my stomach. usually i get sick if i take an vitamins without any food on board. this is nice so that i can take them in the morning before i get hungry for anything.

I don't take this for weight loss.I use this to help cut down on gallbladder attacks, kidney stones, and things like that.I take one a day after my largest meal (usually dinner) and it's been months. With large holiday meals, nights out, takeout at work, and everything else in between- there's been no more sharp resonating painful attacks or spasms.I'd recommend this to anyone with similar dietary issues, because this has been a godsend.

smells and tastes gross but it’s the best weight loss vitamin i’ve ever taken. i can feel it working well because my appetite is quelled immediately after taking, and i have to drink a lot of water and pee a lot after taking. it works i’ve been losing weight because it’s helped me eat less.
