ClarksEscalade Step mens Loafers

I am a regular user of Clark shoes since long time . Earlier the quality was so perfect and I still have the old one . Recently I order above mentioned shoes but the quality of the sole and leather was not as earlier one and was very light . I didn’t use just returned.

I didn't want to believe the bad reviews on here but they are right. I just got my 'Escalade Step' black shoes delivered and... they are not the Clarks quality you would expect. If it didn't say Clarks on the back of the shoe and come from a trusty source like Amazon I'd say it was an impostor. And I'm not that picky.They are too small. I'd say for sure1 size too small. Brutal. I've never had a 10.5 not fit me before. I should have listened to the reviews. Makes no difference because it just snowballs from there...The soles are some kind of cheap, very hard, thin plastic. If you have to manage some snow and ice sometimes like I do, these will be the death of you. I've seen this on other shoes before and this kind of plastic will freeze quickly and become a couple of toboggans. Other reviews say the sole cracked within months and ya I believe that now. Maybe never wear them and they'll last a long time?The look of the shoe is fine otherwise. The leather is soft and seems like it would last. We'll never know cause I'm sending them back tomorrow! But that sole... its bad... really, really bad.DO NOT buy this shoe. Keep scrolling...

The quality is very good. The size fits as expected. The weight is also light. It is comfortable as well.I recommend this product. If your feet are wide, choose the wide size version minus your feet size.I mean, I usually buy 44EU normal. This is because there is no 43W in most of the shoes. But the real size for my feet is 43W. This one does have. So, I bought 43W and it fits as expected.

I bought these to replace very uncomfortable oxfords. After having bought Clark's in a brick and mortar store and loving them I decided my next pair had to be Clark's. I had no luck in retail stores finding black shoes that I liked and that were comfortable so I ordered these on Amazon. I loved the price and the shoes are awesome. High quality with good stitching and padding. Real leather top.

This's older model, which is why it is on offer. Who cares to look at your shoe as long as it fits your feet. No point spending much more on a newer model.
