Check your car seat manufacturer’s guide. Most infant and child seats should not be installed on top of any potentially loose materials, liners, etc.

It's non slippery, top and bottom. Included is also a dog seat belt if you're using it for your dog.

Q: what size would fit best for a 2014 grand cherokee. the regular or x large?

I purchased the regular size for a Mercedes sedan, and would think an SUV might need the XL. This is the best pet car cover I have owned!

No, it covers the back seat and the back of the front seats.
