Q: I have about a 9.5 inch wrist, should I go with the axles strap (80) for regular bar deadlift? Or will the 70 be large enough?

I use 70 for my axle deadlifts an have a 6.5 inch wrist and they work perfect. I went up to 70 for the axle. I have a smaller pair for regular bar.

Q: Are theses better then regular weight straps? how so? i'm only interested in these because eddie hall the dead lifting champ uses them.

If ur deadlifting 1.5x+ ur body weight then these are for you. Basically only used for deads and maybe heavy rowing because they really lock you in. You cannot drop the bar with these on. Personally ive ripped open some normal eye-and tail types, but these never even budge.

Q: anyone use these for pull-ups? would it be safe? thank you

I use for pullups and like much better than hooks or lasso straps, just need to know you can't jump down, but have to have a stool handle so you can get your hands out of the loops.
