LOVE THIS FISHING POLE
I was looking for a light but STRONG BACKBONE POLE . To go with my Concept Z Reel that has 22lbs drag . And this Duckket Rod was the perfect match for my top water lures when i bass fish . I love this pole it has plenty of backbone and super lightweight the micro eyes really gives me a very accurate cast . 👍👍

Product is what I expected with prompt delivery
Great rod for soft plastics (tubes, brush hogs and some lighter weight jigs). I tournament fish and these rods are super light and sensitive, this is my 5th Duckett rod and have never been disappointed with the quality of their rods.

Great performance
I purchased this as an early Father's Day gift for my husband. He was thrilled and absolutely LOVES his new rod! He said it performs like a dream and he considers it the best rod in his collection. I also purchased the Abu Garcia Revo rocket reel. I've got one happy hubby!!!

Some of the best rods out there
Some of the lightest, most sensitive, best balanced rods In the world for the money. Absolutely great product and company. They're there to answer any questions or take care of any need after the sale

The guides are now bigger
Purchased one of these rods 4 or 5 years ago and I love it. I just purchased another one and I realized that the guides are larger and there are less guides than the old version. Also the blank is thicker and feels faster (harder) and a bit heavier too.A note for the seller, the rod delivered by FedEx was broken in 3 pieces (photo attached). I requested a replacement and before I send the broken one back a replacement was on the way. Great customer support! The replacement was delivered by UPS and it was perfect.

Terrible quality control and customer service
When you get a good one, these rod are very nice, super light and sensitive. The problem is that getting one with properly aligned guides or a rod that isn't crooked, is like hitting the lottery. I just ordered two mediums and both have crooked guides and one rod veers to the left and the other starts off veering to the left then switches to the right. Something I have never seen on a rod. I wasn't sure if was ordering a spinning rod or a tree branch magic wand from harry potter. Duckett support is a joke, they don't answer the phone most of the time at all extensions and when they do get back to you they try to offer you a snake oil 40% off coupon but with their $30 shipping factored in, you can get these rods on sale cheaper somewhere else. I paid less here on amazon than what they offered me. They also got rid of the microwave guides on these. No more duckett for me. I cant wait for one of Ducketts lackeys to show up here claiming how great their rods are.
