Pros- It came with all pieces ready to be installed and even came with thread tape. Was super easy to install and hasn't had any leaks. You could tell that it definitely helped with the water flow, nice and soft. Also, we have hard water with lots of iron and a funny smell that sometimes leaves a film. All of that was gone when using this. My skin and hair felt so soft and didn't have that filmy feeling.Cons- There is a lot of plastic parts and I feel that the longevity of the product because of that, may be an issue. Would definitely pay more if the parts were not plastic. That's really the only complaint I have.So really, I'd say it's a good buy for the price, we'll see how long the product lasts.

Showers are no longer enjoyable with this shower head. The spray settings broke within 4 days and are stuck on one setting, even if the switch is flipped. The water pressure is ridiculous to the point its uncomfortable and feels like your skin is being pierced, especially where the spray settings are stuck and can't be changed. I'm currently only turning my faucet on half way when showering until my new shower head gets here, which can't be soon enough!

Update- The company reached out and offered to replace or refund one of the heads. I chose the refund and received it. CLR doesn’t even help make it work like it did new and it is only a month and half old. My previous review has been removed some how. I do NOT recommend this product. Within a month those tiny holes get clogged and you get barely any water. I bought two and had the same issue with both being in separate locations so I don’t feel like it’s my water.

This thing broke upon installation... We didn't even press that hard on it? We turned it enough to like screw it onto the shower pipe and it split. Maybe we were unlucky but it also felt extremely cheap. It did increase water pressure! But with how cheaply it is made I would recommend another brand.

I would say the only thing I enjoyed about this was the spray pattern. Other than that it’s made of plastic and leaks where you cannot tighten it. I would look for a different brand that is higher quality.

This shower head is amazing! It made my showers 10X better because the pressure is amazing now. The droplets are so small that it also almost turns my shower into a steam room. Definitely recommend it!

This thing boosted my water pressure way more than I anticipated. Before, my water pressure would barely wash the soap off, After installing this one, it was stinging my skin on full blast. It's made of plastic but feels decent and it hasn't leaked one drop. It also helped the hard water I have and has reduced the dryness of my skin. Super easy to install, maybe 5 minutes at most with no tools.. Highly recommended to everyone 👍

Have heard that this will help if you have crappy water pressure. So I gave it a try. Sure enough, I have better pressure from the start. Back to normal showers. Love the coverage that it has and the three settings. Definitely recommend.
