Tried twice: once was under-weight, once order included lumber scraps
The first time I ordered two boxes and one of them was mostly filled with what appeared to be wood from sign or fence posts. As seen in the photo, the wood had been milled into 1” x 2” boards and in many cases all four sides of the board were weathered like you would see on a post. It’s unclear to me if the wood had been treated with any substance but it certainly was “lumber” at some point. Despite this I ordered a second time. This time one box was 12lbs and the other box was 13.3lbs (I didn’t weigh first time). I would recommend not buying this product.

ITS ONLY 10 LBS!
I just got my box in and the tag on the label says the box is only 10 lbs!!! Seriosuly? I just paid $30.00 for 20lbs not 10!EDIT The store owners have seen the complaints but done nothing for customers who bought already STAY AWAYEDIT: Also this is 10lbs I repeat 10 lbs. Not the 20 I was advertised when I initially bought. They have since read my review and changed the title to 15 but again this is not even close to correct STAY AWAY please just go to your local home depot or whatever store to pick up your wood much more reliable for a higher quality product,

Misleading Description....
It was very misleading.....The description said it was a 20lb mixture of Apple & Oak. The label on the box that was shipped clearly stated 15lb of Oak. Very disappointed, I was looking forward to trying the mixture smoking tomorrow and will now have to make other arrangements.The only positive was the size of the chunks fit in my smoker perfectly.

Small print says European birch wood.
I just received the wood chunks and am rating it based just on product description versus prpduct delivered. The description stated this is a 15 lb blend of apple wood and oak(Never mind that the listing and photos say 20 lb.). The box I received only lists apple on the label. The small print on the label says "Made of natural birch wood in Europe (country Ukraine)." I've never used birch. From what I have read it is a little heavier than fruit woods like apple but lighter than hickory or oak.

You Don't Get as Much as Claimed
The wood pieces worked well in the smoker. But, they state each box contains 15-20 pounds. The actual shipping weight on the box I received was 14.5#.UPDATE: After I Submitted my review, I received an unsolicited contact from the seller offering to make everything right. So, big kudos to Zorestar! I increased my rating to ****.
