Nearly a perfect replacement
New thermostat was easily installed by removing the old, dysfunctional, unit and backing plate and replacing with new unit. The back of the new unit is different than the original and wouldn’t fit with the original backing plate. Removed and replaced the old backing plate and plugged in the RJ11 connector and the unit works perfectly. I only have 2 zones in my RV but this unit will accommodate 4.

I put this in my RV, it’s plug-and-play the same exact part as I had originally, snapped off old one unplugged plugged in new one and snapped back on didn’t even have to change the base plate over the mount bracket . Works great

Perfect replacement for the original.
This is an exact replacement for the Dometic thermostat in our Newmar motorhome. Worked perfectly as a plug and play swap out. Installed in less than a minute. Unfortunately, this replacement was step one in my troubleshooting plan and didn't fix the problem.
