Bush Early Girl Heritage Heirloom Bright RED Round Beefsteak Tomato Seeds. Certified French Organic Grower

I will not be sowing these until mid january and will edit accordingly regarding germination. The seeds look good quality and hopefully I'll have a decent germination percentage. Update 31st July - A very good germination rate and lots of early fruit and, no fault of this tomato we struggled to supply ourselves every day with fruit. Our problem was due to weather conditions, lots of extremes in temperature and wind, it won't put me off as they're are starting to ripen again quite quickly and looks like we'll be freezing a lot for use in sauces/stews and curries. I have another 2 packets in my basket for next season and looking forward to giving them more space/ventilation that the few we have in glasshouse and greenhouse have at the moment, the ones outside are faring very well for being in a Highlands garden very near the sea. Value for money and taste is 1st class and I can highly recommend this product, if we have a good later crop then chutney will be made with some, along with our great crop of chillies this year which were grown from my own saved seeds but, I won't try that with this beautiful tomato for a year or two yet as they're such good value.

This tomato variety was suggested by a friend who has had great success with them. As I have ordered seeds for next season, I can't vouch for the performance of the seeds but I CAN say that the seller is excellent! These seeds, which came all the way from France were well labeled and well packaged. Inside there was a lovely note with clear instructions for successful germination. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Very happy customer!

Having been sewn 5 weeks ago, not one of the seeds germinated.

I am excitedly looking forward to growing this variety for the first time, will update my review.
