Love my Acer Chromebook. As soon as you open the lid you can logon and on internet in seconds. Won't ever go back to laptops.

OS broke and unrecoverable inside 2 years
I bought two of these. On one the OS broke and its unrecoverable inside 2 years. Up to then they've been pretty good.

the purchased item did not work, I returned it and was told that there had been a spillage by the customer which had caused the inside of the circuit to burn, etc so since I had paid more than £300 for the laptop, i asked for the faulty laptop to be returned back to me if they could not repair it. However they did not have the courtesy to reply and paid me about £20??????!!!!
