59 Pages of Marvel Superhero Designs – printed on one side of perforated paper
The media could not be loaded. I will attach a silent video to this review of a page by page flip-through so you can decide for yourself if it suits your needs. I'll also attach some of my finished projects and some sample photos of the pages as well. This is my first coloring book based on Marvel comics (I have a couple of other comic book coloring books from another company.) Unlike my other books, this is not a black and white version of a comic book. It is a coloring book with a lot of touches that I enjoy in my coloring books. The designs are printed on one side and the pages are perforated. Also, unlike other books, there are no words printed on these pages. There is a heavy use of black in the designs but I find it easy to work with those and use the black as a big element in my coloring.Something that should be noted immediately is that the product description, at the time I am writing this review, mentions 120 pages of “all-out costumed warfare”. Nope, that is not the case. The book has 120 pages if you count title page and the front and back of each page but there are only 59 pages which you can color. The title page is simply printed and the back of each page is blank. It doesn't bother me that there are only 59 pages but I wanted to note that the description is wrong.I am having a lot of fun with this epic battle of superheroes. The ultimate battles between Iron Man and Captain America are where I started my coloring. While I don't test using these pencils, I decided to try my Marco Raffine Drawing pencils to see how they worked. If you are interested in what I use to test my coloring books and how I do my tests, you can read that info in the comments section below. Here is an overview of what I found in this coloring book:59 pages of Marvel Superhero DesignsPrinted on one side of medium weight perforated paperGlue BindingSome Designs extend past perforations but stop before the binding area for ease of coloringAlcohol and water-based markers bleed through the pageGel pens and India Ink pens leave shadows of color on the back of the pageColoring pencils work well with the paper but hard leads leave dents on the back of the pageAs most coloring mediums are seen on the back of the page, I am really glad that the publisher decided to leave it blank. That gives me the ability to use whatever type of marker, pen or pencil I choose. However, I highly suggest that you use a blotter page behind the page you are working on to keep ink and/or dents from marring the next few pages.

Love it! A most for Marvel Fans.
Let me just start off by saying this is a great coloring book. As this is my first coloring book I most say it's a great start. This book is described to have 120 pages but only has about 59 pages to color. Reason is because the image is single-sided. This is do for the color wont bleed through. The size of the book is perfect. Its not too small or too big and it's easy to hold. One big thing I like about this book is that the images are straight out of the comics. So If you looking for color reference you could always look at the comic or look it up online. With the books being great I did find some cons but nothing to hold you back from buying. I found that blue and red are use a lot on the images do to the fact that Iron Man and Captain America are in it and other heroes. Second is the lack of story. I know it's a coloring book but having word bubbles could of explain some of the scenes in the book.Overall, this coloring book is awesome and I will recommend it to anyone looking into starting Adult coloring or just for people who have free time and love art.

Love it!
I love this coloring book! I'm not really into adult coloring books; I mostly grabbed this one because I love the comics so much. I hesitated to buy the Age of Ultron one because I felt the pages were almost too detailed. This one is a lot better, though; you can always tell what you're looking at. Some quick pros and cons:Pros:- Each image is single-sided, so you don't have to worry about colors bleeding through.- The book is pretty easy to hold open while coloring.- The inside cover has a full-color picture of many of the characters; it's a nice color reference.- The cover is sturdy enough that I can actually color a lot of the pages just holding the book in my lap without any kind of support.- All of the images come straight from the comics! I actually use the comics to help if I can't figure out what color to make something.Cons:- There are no words or word bubbles. It makes it hard to understand what's going on in the story unless you're very familiar with the comics.- You're going to need a LOT of red and blue; sometimes those two colors dominate a page.- Iron Man is red and gold... Coloring something to look gold is a bit tricky. On the whole, I love this book. Definitely recommended!

Consistent, Great Art!
First, the book arrived quickly and was perfectly packaged. It was shrink wrapped, which I thought was a nice touch. Second, The art throughout is very well done, with several pages that I find myself wanting to color more than once. many of these books have at least a page or two of "filler" and that's not the case here. 5 stars, and I will probably buy the book again. I will definitely buy from this seller in the future. Thank you!

He is happy!
My boyfriend was getting a bit jealous of all my awesome-but pretty girly!-coloring books. I found this, and decided to give him a little surprise one afternoon. He loves it! Now he doesn't get so jealous when I sit here vegging out on coloring! The TV may not be happy, but we sure are! Definitely would recommend this to guys and gals alike!

This is the coloring book that you have been looking for.
Compared with other coloring books that I have purchased for my son and myself, this Civil War one is definitely one of the better ones. Some of the other books I have been VERY disappointed with, often pages of one hero and images that seem blown up and just low quality. This coloring book feels like we are coloring our own comic and there’s tons of different pages with a lot of different heroes and action to bring to life. Worth the purchase for sure.

Tons of pages to choose from
This coloring book has tons of illustrations and pages but I don't like how it has the black in the illustrations but it does in should save you some black ink or black on your colored pencil but overall it's a very good book

Great for adult stress release
Excerts from the comic civil war. Some are extremely detailed. Others not so much. One sided printing which is great for markers and pens which bleed through. A great selection of pictures to colour. But don't be fooled if you are a wolverine fan and want to colour him in. He is only in one picture and that's on the front. Otherwise a great addition to the adult colouring world, if you are like me and want to colour something other than patterns.

Excellent book the detail in the images is definitely 5 star.I bought this for my son who has started coloring as a stress relief. I color all the time and the paper quality is perfect for both markers and pencils.I would highly recommend this book even my 7 year old grandson thought it was ace when he saw it

Great Colouring Book.
My partner is very happy with this purchase. Pages are single sided so he can use sharpie pens without transfer. Just remember to put at least a few pieces of paper behind the picture just in case.

Five Stars
After purchasing as a gift for an adult, I've subsequently purchased more for my comic-crazed children! They are exceptional!
