It was shipped and delivered quickly. It was easy to assemble and when I reported a broken section, they shipped a replacement immediately and I had it in 5 days. Great customer service. I would highly recommend the product as well as the company. Great value!!

Opened box 1 of 3 and I was horrified. There is mold dust all around the frame of the Shiatsu Body Massager. I would have ignored the damage to the wood on the edges of the Shiatsu Body Massager but MOLD DUST of some sort??? My husband and I are praying this weird dust isn't some harmful Anthrax or something!!! The whole chair was coated with this unknown dust all around. The inside and even the wheesl!!. These are just a few pictures I have taken more. Beginning to feel itchy even as I write. Worried. On top of this the company BEST MASSAGE did NOT offer a replacement option. AND left us the CUSTOMER to PAY THE SHIPPING COST TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. I have contacted the company and awaiting a response. Pay the extra money avoid this Made in CHina Product.

Machine came broken and does not work correctly. Company is making me look for a place to ship it back out of pocket and has no care in the world that the machine is not functioning the way it’s supposed to. This was a gift for my mother and I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this vendor.
