This is to Embrosewyn and all people, sensitives and empaths suffering from psychic attack or who have ever been through the experience of dark energy hurled at you. You know what I mean. I bought this book on Kindle around August 2017 and I read through the instructions not knowing what I was really getting myself into or what I had even discovered. At the time I wanted change, I asked for help to my angel guides and helpers and I stumbled upon this book. I started practicing the mirror method (my all time favourite now) and I had no belief at the time (like how could I? I had tried almost everything for months and nothing had ever worked for me).I persisted and let me tell you, when I succeeded in creating my first protection and I was totally enveloped in it... my whole life changed as night and day and it has never been the same since. I was in disbelief walking around laughing (and you probably will laugh too) trying to understand how this was working the first time. I really cant put into words how I feel writing this post right now more than a half year later, with all the new experiences I have gained since putting these methods into practice. Only through your own experience will you know. This book and its teachings saved my life. There is so much more that this book is about, if you have never experienced "real" solid energetic protection from outside forces yet, the methods listed in this book, when done right, will be a godsend for you.My deep thanks goes out to you Embrosewyn, truly, from my heart. This book is really good he has some stuff in this book that me and my family use. And yes the Himalayan salt does really work for purification... Not just for cleansing the home but you can you use it to bathe in to cleanse your body that's been clogged with negativity..burning sage works pretty well for cleansing your home as well..he has alot of good stuff in this book. This book isn't made for negative people. Hope the author makes more of these books. But never knew living people could give you psychic attacks just for thinking bad of you and those are you true psychic vampires.

This is a great book for open minded people. I’ve been doing psychic work for over 30 years and anything that helps blocking psychic attacks is very welcome. Reading and gaining additional knowledge is a good thing to do. This book whether you are a novice or expert can offer help if you read and/or listen with an open mind. Changing up your ways of protection from time to time also help against psychic attacks. Thank you Embrosewyn for sharing your knowledge.

My family and I was under intense psychic attacks by a so called "healer" who is very well explained in chapter 21 and 22. A lot of people say you don't need protection as long as you're a good human being. This is true to some extent but even the most advanced psychics,healers,Samaritans need protection esp. if the atacks are coming from an experienced healer or psychic whos misusing the gift. We had tried chants,stones,various clearings to no avail.I wont go in to detail what the attacks were causing us. One day my spleen was attacked and i was in a lot of pain. Not being able to bear it anymore and finally reaching a point where i was annoyed for being punished for something i haven't done to this person, i cried out to anyone (including,Angels,My dead ancestors etc) who can help me to protect myself. Two days later i was looking at face creams on Amazon and suddenly i'm in this page. Honestly i clicked on it cos i thought it had a funny cover. But i'm so glad i didn't judge this book by its cover. I've already tried the methods he explains and haven't felt many attacks since. even if i do i can feel that it doesn't get past my shield, This is my way of thanking the author. The author is passionate about what he writes. He has the ability to draw you into the moment as if he is right there at the time of writing this guide.Some of the tips he offers for psychic defense are equally powerful in any realm of life. I like how he explains that doing things in fear can bring down one's defenses and render them powerless. He speaks of doing things through confidence and empowerment. Knowing these two things can be helpful to most anyone.His writings remind me of the law of attraction. Think positive and positive things will happen you. Think negative and negative things will happen to you. We are basically choosing what kind of beings and experiences are brought to us by our very own thoughts.I love how he explains that the people we spend time around can directly impact our lives. I like how he shows that hanging with the wrong crowd can drain us of the potential life has to offer.The information presented here can be taken in many different ways and applied to your life. Whether you are a christian, psychic yourself, or just someone wishing to protect yourself from negative energies, there is something to gain from this book.I love how the author reminds us that positive energy doesn't just come from anywhere, it has to be sought after continuously and a conscious effort to strengthen it.

ASP technique alone was worth the sticker price. Really good practical tips for Phsychics, Mediums, spiritual workers or just people sensitive to subtle energies or the emotions of others. The language is down to earth and makes very little assumptions about the reader's pre-existing knowledge and beliefs.
