Great for High cholesterol , hormonal acne, and hypothyroidism! Using for only 2 weeks blood test came back: normal cholesterol and antibodies is lower significantly lower in my blood.However take small drops multiple time in water because it could give you headache. If you try herbs always try very small amount multiple times a day to introduce to your body !

I have used this product for about a year now. I have arthritis in my neck. I work in front of a computer all day and sometimes my neck really aches. When that happens I take some guggul in water (and orange juice to help with the taste) I also do my yoga stretches and walk and my neck pain clears up.

This product was recommended in a holistic Alternative Cure book. Really helps with reducing pain of arthritis. Especially in my wrists, soreness in my neck and hip. It does have a funky taste. But for what is does, I am willing to put up with that. I put in some tea to help with the flavor. Also gave a bottle to my employer and has helped them sleep better also. Its natural which I like. Non habit forming. No side effects. I will be purchasing again.
