Mr. Bar-B-Q, Inc. 06132X Junior Non Stick Rib Rack

I do ribs low and slow in a roasting pan. I used to use a raised metal grate to keep the meat away from my braising liquid but had limited space and could only do 1 rack at a time. This product allows me to put 4 half racks into the same space and keeps the meat out of the liquid. It was super easy to clean with just my sink sprayer. I had originally thought that the ribs would take a little longer to cook. However, to my surprise, it finished in the exact same time it had in the past and everything was evenly cooked. What an awesome product!

this rack will support your ribs in a pan with about 1" of water. cover the pan with foil and bake/steam at 225 for 4 hrs to have fall off the bone ribs then place the rack on your smoker outside for another 2-4 hrs and then slap on bbq sauce and fire them up-walla

I got mine to stick, burned to a crisp, still needs power washer.And I have separate burn box for my Char Broil unit.Beware, takes practice, keep your heat below your temps.

This is my 2nd one. Wore out the other after many years. In my opinion this hold ribs in the correct position to get full effect of smoking. Hold lots more slabs than a person would expect in compact space. Excellent product.

It was a good idea but bad execution. The ribs are too close together and the ends get over done while the middle is under done.
