This was a great deal considering I’m huge fan and didn’t have to pay to go to California or Florida and pay to get into the park.Not always a fan of reselling “exclusives” but in this case the extra cost was worth it!

Saber Defective, Won't provide return label
I bought this for my son for Christmas. Upon opening the main hilt was defective and does not work properly, constantly going on and off once the switch is pressed. Then, Amazon nor the Seller will provide me with a return label in order to return the product for an exchange, which the seller agreed to perform the exchange. I don't understand why I cannot get a return label from either party, and this has been the most frustrating experience. I don't believe it's a big ask to provide proper customer service, and I'll remember this in the future that I should be at Disney itself to get the proper product.

Does not work, do NOT buy!!!
I ordered the Galaxy's Edge Star Wars Ahsoka Tano Clone Wars Legacy Lightsaber for my husband's Christmas present. The lightsabers didn't work on arrival. We replaced the batteries, they still don't work. We contacted the seller for return or replacement and have received no response. We're extremely disappointed.
