Two messages to the seller that there were missing pieces to assemble the product via Amazon were ignored. Not only were key components to assemble the bed missing, but also the bed did not have the dimensions as advertised. That is it still says its products are 190cmx90cm but that is mattress size. The bedframe is 202x102cm. The product thus did not fit into the space I have.
