Really pleased with this product, keeps my protein cool and tastes totally different to a plastic protein shaker.No leaks or drips don’t need much shaking.Looks good too.But after reading some reviews it is early days.

So straight from the packaging, the feel to it and the way it looks you can feel the superiority and quality. Comfortable to hold, the handle not so much because it doesn't move more that 15-20 degrees (doesn't hang, see picture) that's as high as it will go. As far as the Hot/Cold, I've only tried cold, there are better items out there for that, this will keep your stuff cold for about 5-6hours. I've had containers that last 12+hrs. As far a a shake, I've only used it with milk and protein, no fruits, but my lord... It's the best part! VERY LITTLE TO NO CLUMPS!My only two complaints are the size... It doesn't fit in a car cupholder too bulky! And the seal, while so far it is 100% leak proof, it has quite some resistance to open it (maybe cause it's new). It uses a sliding rubber seal.Update: not sure if I'm cleaning it wrong but shakes it with milk and protein and no matter how much I wash it, water I put in there tastes like old protein.

Ad un mese dall’acquisto lo slicer (beccuccio che permette chiusura e apertura del tumbler) si è rotto. Prodotto inutilizzabile.Magari si potrebbe fare in alluminio anche quello, in modo tale da allungare la vita di questa borraccia non proprio economica.

To my disappointment after the bottlecap broke within a year of use, the customer service team said they sent me a new bottlecap twice which dont arrive in NL - whatever the reason the customer service is limited in giving followup information and seems insufficiently competent... :(((((((((
