Great puzzle - Special feature made a difference
This puzzle was well built and had a special feature which made, what would have otherwise been an extremely difficult assembly task, instead a quite reasonable level of difficulty. Each puzzle piece was marked on the back with a zone identifier A through F. Since this art has very little variation in color or subject matter across it's scene, the zone identification was very helpful. The full size reproduction of the art that was included was also a very useful aid.Our puzzle unfortunately had one piece missing. On contacting Amazon, we received a replacement in two days. Great customer service as well!

all damaged and smashed
the puzzle wasn't being put inside a box, it's just inside an envelope, so, the puzzle box was smashed and completely damaged, i plan to use it for myself, so, ok, but if i purchased it as a gift for someone, definitely can't give it out as a gift .. it looks like had got beaten up ...
