TLDR: Great for summer, but you need to not be sweaty for them to stick and if you do get sweaty while wearing it, it will just fall off. Otherwise, it'll work for the 8 hours.I know how a lot of people are getting these for baby's or headaches, but let me tell you that these are great for just hot summer days.I got tickets to a KPOP concert at my hometown's baseball stadium and I want to say I got them in like March and the concert was in June. Sometimes that month can still be kind of decent weather, not overly hot or humid.As the concert got closer and I saw the heat wave that was slowly making it's way over to my state, I looked for anything I could easily put in a small bag or pockets to bring in to the stadium with me. The weather was over 95 and it had a "real feel" of over 100. Plus little shade and of course very small amounts of clouds. You bet on my mother I was handing these little guys out to so many people who needed it. They would put it on their foreheads and after a minute it would kick in and they'd be so grateful.

Great for headaches or cooling down in really hot weather.It does have a slight smell and some people don't like it but it's very light and I personally don't mind

Shows there being a layer over the gel but it's just a big blob of sticky goop. I've purchased other brands before which do have the layer between the gel and your skin, so I did not expect it to be missing.The smell is also very strong, which does the opposite of help a migraine, at least for me.

Honestly, when I first put it on I was expecting it to make me feel like I was in Antarctica. Obviously my expectations were shattered. However, I noticed it only gives a cooling sensation only a bit after you put it on while weirdly giving you random waves of coolness. For example, one moment it’s warm that I even forgot I had it on but the next it gives you a cooling sensation. I would only use if I was super hot though because I put it on my neck before taking a nap but the menthol or whatever ingredients it has were so strong that I woke up and had to fling it somewhere else. I like the smell, smells like Bengay.

This is nice for people working in the heat, playing sports, or have a fever. I think it would be helpful for headaches too. Sticks to skin well without irritation.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:First off the texture is like kids slim which was odd. It did have a cooling sensation for the first min but the longer it stayed on it started to have a burning sensation and the cooling feeling went away pretty quickly afterwards. It does have a pleasant scent to it as well.

I got these for my headaches but have been useful after the kids have been out in the heat to help cool them down. They are so convenient I put them in my purse if we are going to be outside all day in the heat. Once they put them on the back for their next they forget they are there because they are so comfy to wear. They last longer than putting a cold wash cloth on your next. Perfect size can go anywhere on your body. This is a product I will continue to purchase.
