Kuhlz Ultra Heat Resistant Five Finger Silicone Oven Mitts (Midnight Blue)

I like the flexibility of having fingers compared to the mittens of the varieties available up until now. The reason I gave it four stars rather than five is that the glove design does mean that there is a lot more surface resistance for the glove to cling to when trying to remove them. I had problems trying to remove the gloves when they were greasy after having handled barbecue. Just something to realize when trying to move quickly between jobs. Also the gloves were not overly large, if you have very large hands. I generally wear medium to large size gloves and I feel they were as snug as I would like them.Glad to have them, and will keep using them. Just passing along a couple notes for consideration.

This Kuhlz Ultra Heat Resistant Silicone Oven and Grilling Gloves (Midnight Blue) is the newest addition to our kitchen.What i like about it:- It is made of soft and very flexible silicone.- It has some sort of bubbles ridges on the outside that provides more secure and tactile feedback compared to my old oven mitts.- And the five fingers designs make it easier to handle the small items that needs gripping (like pot handles or small tongs).- The outer side of it is easy to be cleaned by hand washing with soap and water. However, if the inside gets dirty, it says that it can be washed in dishwasher.What i think not-so-good about it:- The five fingers design make some works easy, but sliding it inside our hands while working in the kitchen, needs more efforts compared to the traditional oven mitts. I wonder if it is only habitual and will get better by time. But if you are in the kitchen, and need to switch from using the glove/mitts and doing other things, you will know what i mean.- It says that it is longer that it protects the wrist, but in my case, the length is the same as my old traditional mitts. Maybe it is longer than other gloves.My opinion is this silicone gloves, i think, will work better when grilling than in the kitchen. Because when grilling, we need more precise hand grip movements.This is my honest review in exchange for getting this product for free.

I received a discount on these oven gloves for my review. I was not compensated for giving a positive review on these, just asked to use them and share my opinions with you.I do all my cooking with cast iron pans so having good oven mitts is crucial. These gloves work awesome! They are a good size that I can wear comfortably but so can my husband who has much larger hands. I can grab the hot handles of my pans with confidence because these gloves keep the heat out. My only word of caution to the buyer is that these take a second to put on because they are silicone and because they have fingers, a normal oven mitt you can just slide over your hands quickly to grab something hot. So if you are in a hurry to move a hot pan these take a second to get on properly. Not a bad thing, just something different than my other oven mitts. I'm really happy with my purchase!

I love these oven mitts. They glove style gives you much better dexterity over the square ones I had in my kitchen. The texture allows you to securely grip whatever you're getting in/out of the oven. My husband likes to use them when he's pouring the hot coals into our grill. I've used them in a very hot oven and had no issues with hot spots. I would highly recommend these to anyone!I was provided this item at a promotional price but this review is my own personal opinions.

No more burnt fingers!! These gloves fit nicely and are easy to put on/take off. They have a nice soft feel and the rubber grippers make it easy to grab cookie sheets, pizza pans and cake pans out of a hot oven.**This product was received at no cost for review and inspection purposes. bought these for my brother as a gift they work very well we barbecue a lot so are hand are use to heat but we still where able to left the pit grates with these and rinse clean i highly recommend
