Amazing!

I'm pretty fussy when it comes to gin and always look for a good punch of juniper combined with zesty citrus notes. Aval Dor Dry Gin ticked these boxes and more! The Juniper hits on the front and then the palate is caressed by grapefruit and lime. Richer in texture and viscosity than a typical gin (apparently due to using their potato vodka as a base spirit), this is a really impressive gin and one I'll certainly be buying again. Absolutely incredible in a Gimlet, highly recommended!
