Our 9 years old daughter discovered these books recently. She has been reading and reading them again, so we got her other junior versions of these plays. Some days ago, she asked us to let her read unabridged versions and that we help her to understand them, so it has been an excellent introduction to Shakespeare. We could not be more pleased.

I bought this for my 10 year old to give her a head start into secondary school, but my older daughter (14)has taken a peak and got some good points from it too.

I wanted to increase my knowledge of Shakespeare's stories and characters the easy, lazy, way! Success. Point me in the direction of the nearest pub quiz. . .

perfect for 6 year old grandson, who has seen "horrible histories" about anthony and Cleopatra, wanting to know more, and was delighted with this version of the play...just enough of the salient points...reminded me of the new yorker cartoon, where the teacher says: anthony and Cleopatra were very dear friends...in this version we rather slide by the details, which is fine....

Packaged well in good condition sealed and brand new as seller implied. I have opened seal in picture. My daughter us very happy with these.
