OCam-Zoo Wi-Fi Wireless Baby Monitor Security Video Camera & Nanny Cam DVR iPhone iPad iOS Android (Polar Bear)

The camera came in with a unique packaging with a very cute design. In addition to the stand and a very lengthy power cord, the camera also came with a mount and screws, so it could be set up anywhere in the house.Setup instructions can be found on the packaging. I found the step-by-step instructions easy to follow, and I had the camera connected to the OCam app and connected to the wifi in no time.The app is simple to understand and use. There are functions such as adjusting brightness and contrast of the camera, and also gives me the option to listen to and talk through the camera. I can simply push the record or snapshot button from the app. The night vision is quite clear as well as the day time view. The app also has the option to enable motion detection and send notification when sound or motions is detected. I was able to connect the camera with two phones and stream it simultaneously without one being cutoff.  It also works with my AT&T 4G data when I’m not at the house connecting my phone to my wifi.

The picture quality, delay, and sound are all fine, but the APP leaves a lot to be desired.First, the company needs to update their app so that you do not have to have your cell phone screen on all the time--just like you can use your navigation or stream music with other apps without the screen on. You have to leave the screen on, and that drains the batteries fast.Second, the camera needs to be able to be viewed on a regular operating system (a regular computer).I kept it and am really hoping the company updates there app. These should be relatively easy fixes.

Well I purchased this to use as a baby monitor but I have been unsuccessful in setting it up. Unfortunately, I waited to long to return it so I have contacted the manufacturer to see if they would replace it. The unit I received does not flicker red and blue to setup the wifi and the reset button does not appear to reset the unit. I also noticed that the unit got quite hot while I was trying to get it connected and because of that, the ink rubbed off the product information label. Anyway, I hope that the resolution is good. It should be pretty straight forward to set up - the directions are clear.

This was Ok but I ended up returning it for a different monitor. I don't like that the signal is a little unreliable. Also, if you want to use your phone at all while your baby is sleeping, then you can't see the baby. As a busy mom, I make alot of calls during naptime, so this just wasn't the right product for me.

Camera made loud clicking noises and the picture was very poor.It was also hot to the touch within minutes of plugging it in.

Made a loud noise when I was trying to connect to it. Was a headache setting up with my internet. Video image was too small and I wasn’t able to zoom in.

This camera is awesome and worth every penny. I can access from work and abroad. In regards to customer support from the company, I would given them A+ rating. I am not techno savy and they walked me through the setup which turned out so easy I couldn't believe I wasn't able to do it. I failed to follow the black and white plain and simple instructions on the box. For those parents who worry about their baby, I highly recommend this camera above all others.
