The necklace that it came with is cheap quality and pulls apart when my daughter fidgets with the necklace. Although that can be replaced and this is a good option for a Middle Schooler who chews but still wants to be fashionable.

My daughter uses these to chew on instead of her fingernails at the recommendation of her pediatrician. It's worked wonders (when she remembers to wear it.) She especially likes the color of this one.

I got this for my 12 year old niece who has autism. She has sensory problems and was constantly sucking on cups or chewing her hair. She loves them because now she has an appropriate thing to chew and none of her friends know the real reason she is wearing it.

I bought this for someone who has sensory issues and was compulsively chewing on her fingers. The necklace is working out great! We can put her finger in the hole of the necklace and she chews the necklace instead of her finger. The necklace looks great too!

Slightly too big in my opinion. And I bought it hoping it would help my child quit biting her nails, but no such luck.

It's cute and my kid loves chewing on it. Of course, it's pretty gross when it hits your shirt after getting drool all over it. Comes with the territory.
