Zed's World Book Two: Roads Less Traveled Paperback – March 10, 2016

This is the second book in the Zed's World Series. The Author Rich Baker has included the first book The Gathering Horde in this book as an extra bonus. I wanted to read this series but didn't want to purchase The Gathering Horde in e-book form as I prefer a paper book. But when I did a little digging I found out the author has included the first book in this second book because he didn't want his readers to pay so much for the short first book.This is an excellent series and I recommend it to everyone who likes to read End of the World stores. This series has it all, fast paced action, Characters the reader gets involved in, a tad of Romance, great heros,. The story and the action grabs the reader and doesn't let up until the end of book 4, Sacrifice. So start with this book and read the next two books--Roads Less Traveled and Saceifice.

Full disclosure, I am good buddy with the author. More full disclosure, I'm not into the genre. I told him I'm kind of over the whole "zombie thing" not to long ago when I bagged off of The Walking Dead after 4 seasons. But one thing that I'm not over is great action reads and this book moves at a full tilt pace! It was reminiscent of the early David Morrell books First Blood and Blood Oath in high-speed action! I couldn't put it down and am so looking forward to the next installment! Great job Rich!

An amazing second book in this series. Well written with believable characters.. In this second book we follow Ben Keith and friends on the journey home the trials they endure to get home to their families.We also follow along with D-Day and the securing of his apartment building. This is Zeds world were just living in it

What a great continuation of the Zed World. Very anxious to see where Rich Baker is going to take these characters. Love the Colorado setting and anxious to see Daniel’s hideaway.

This book really expands on book one with many more characters and things move along pretty well. I look forward to more

What a great final line for a book! Rich Baker does it again with this novel. With so much action, from page one all the way to the last page, there was never a dull moment.Poor FJ...Pick this book up; it’s a must have for zombie fans!

What can I say? Rich Baker does it again. I devoured book 1 and immediately started book 2. D. Day is one of my favorite characters, ever. Well written, fast paced, and terrifying, Rich Baker is an author to watch. Can't wait to read book 3!

But, the story was a good one. And that's what counts. The characters could uses a little bit of polish. Over all worth the read. Recommended
