Helps with inflammation issues but does makes me a bit drowsy by mid afternoon.

This is clearly a wonder supplement. I have severe allergies. Severe! No shots, it would take a lifetime. I have had an excellent ENT who developed allergy drops. I was having very little effect with antihistamines and Mucinex D however, without them is a disaster. I've had multiple sinus surgeries. That said, within a week of starting this supplement and without much fanfare, early Spring, I noticed my nose was not running, I could taste and breath and i was not needing to use my inhaler due to post nasal. Ran out of antihistamines did not notice a difference for a couple days. Ran out of Mucinex D and I was okay, not great but definitely okay. One thing I did notice is how this supplement can interact with absorption or breakdown by the liver of certain medications.

Supplements are hard to rate since the effects may be subtle or not observable. I've managed to NOT get COVID so I would consider that a positive. Is Quercitin responsible? Who knows.

Good product, I buy it for when I'm sick and take with zinc.

Hard to say. I use it and many others for my skin.

The Quercetin 1000mg is convenient to take and easy to swallow. I take one with my multivitamin and breakfast in the morning. I like the grape label because it reminds me not to forget. Then I take one with dinner in the evening.

I've been using quercetin for years to reduce my seasonal allergies and rhinitis / sinusitis - no more sinus infections! When I order online, usually a capsule has leaked, which wouldn't particularly bother me except that the quercetin stains. This is the first brand I've tried without any leaked capsules, and it works great!
