CND Shellac Gel Nail Polish, Long-lasting NailPaint Color with Curve-hugging Brush, Red/Burgundy Polish, 0.25 fl oz

Color is on the pinkie finger in the first photo, two layers. In the second photo, it is used over CND Plum Paisley.This color is not opaque, but if you layer it at least twice it yields a very unique, light, color, that shines differently depending upon how the light strikes it. It looks VERY different on your nail than it does in the bottle. It shines, brown, grey, green, blue, pink. It is an excellent 'special effect' polish to wear over other colors. I plan to try it over many different colors. The polish goes on very smoothly, and like other CND Shellac colors, lasts for two weeks.

I love cnd products so the four stars is not against the quality But rather about the color. Based on the photo I expected something more evanescent and bright, instead the color is rather pale. I am disappointed in the shade

I tried another brand of shellac polish and gave up on shellac since that other brand always chipped. Fortunately someone recommended CND to me and it always stays perfect . I love this color even though it is much lighter than how it looks on line or on the bottle itself. I like thin layers of polish so with thicker layers the color may get closer to the bottle. It's a red grapefruit color that changes with the light on my nails.

As far as the timeliness of receiving the product and the ease of purchasing it, it was overall a good experience. However, once I went to use the product it was far from a pleasant experience. The polish went on clumpy, I had to apply 4 coats before it would cover in a complete color and it never fully dried under the UV light each coat that was applied. I felt the product was defective or maybe old? Either way. Between the product price and what I paid for shipping, it was around $23-$26. Definitely NOT worth it. Very unhappy about the quality of the product unfortunately.

Product seems to work well nice color

Very sparkly and can be more neutral if fewer coats or much darker with 4 coats. The picture I shared is with 4 coats. Yellow/Gold and pinkish are the colors in this polish.

This colour is really nice. It has a linear holographic quality to it that makes it catch the light and look really pretty. Great fall colour but I definitely won't be limiting myself to just the fall. It is CND, authentic Shellac.

I received lots of compliments when I wear this color. It has a very subtle overlay of silver and depending on which angle you look at your nails, it almost disappears. Super Cool!

The colour turned out to be too grapey-purple for my liking, but that was not the main problem. It's one of the most difficult consistencies of the entire Shellac range to work with. Applies in patches, shrinks and bleeds. Almost makes you suspect a fake, but I know that the application of different colours (even within the same brand) does vary. But this was especially bad.

Love the colour, takes a long time to come though. It is only Gel polish (which sets with a lamp) not Power Polish which the nail bar uses.

The media could not be loaded.  Lovely delicate colour, easy to apply.

Product is quite translucent still looks nice but for solid colour needs 3 layers.
